ThermoFlex Plus is a durable polyurethane based material that is highly flexible. It has a soft hand and strong grip and if applied properly will outlast the life of the garment. ThermoFlex® Plus is available in 55 colors with a matte finish, 6 metallic colors, 5 neon colors, 15 metal flake colors, and 5 glossy colors to match all your popular sports teams.
Most colors of ThermoFlex® Plus may be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of the Neon colors, Antique Silver, Graphite, Bronze, Old Gold, Copper Gold, Dark Copper, the Metal Flake colors, and Columbia Blue. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors. Look through our photo gallery to see examples of layered designs.
ThermoFlex PLUS will NOT adhere to nylon. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.
Application instructions for moisture-wicking materials:
Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then gently apply it to the area on the garment you want to apply your design. Allow it to dry and apply your material. This will allow better adhesion to the garment.
Application instructions for dazzle cloth & shiny polyester materials:
We highly recommend that you TEST prior to doing large runs. Coated polyester can routinely cause adhesion issues.

The inventory is always changing, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. So the actual stock may alter at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
